I got an Influenster Jolly Vox Box!

I joined Influenster about a month ago and I just got my first @InfluensterVox.

It's  the #JollyVoxBox! to be exact and there were so many great things inside!  I've had fun testing them out and wanted to share what I thought with y'all :).

First up:

Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong To Go Tissue Pack, Retail $.49
@Puffs

As you can see, I've made good use of these already with this stupid cold I've had for the past two weeks. The product description says this is their "best non-lotion facial tissue", but the pack I received says "Plus Lotion".  These tissues are definitely soft and were gentle on my sore nose, but I didn't notice much difference between these and just regular puff's tissues. I will likely purchase these because I have to keep tissues handy this time of year.

NYC New York Color HD Color Trio Eye Shadow in shade 781 "Long Beach Sands", Retail $2.99
@nycnewyorkcolor

NYC claims the HD Color Trio "delivers high intensity color with a silky soft texture. This lightweight formula blends effortlessly for the ultimate smoky eye look."  I appreciate the plastic cover over this trio that specifies where each color can be used on the eye.  This is a great feature for someone who's just starting out with make-up!  This formula is definitely lightweight and silky feeling, but the color payoff was disappointing for me.  The "All Over Lid" (brown) has some visible pigment after swatching...

I can barely see the others on my skin even after multiple swatches.  The Wet n' Wild Color Icon Trios are the same price, but offer incredible color payoff with a lovely buttery texture.  I would not be purchasing this product.

Rimmel London NEW Show Off Lip Lacquer in 401 "Aurora", Retail $5.49-$5.99
@rimmellondonus

Rimmel says this product has, "The intense rich color of a lipstick combined with an invincibly smooth lacquer shine."  Holy color payoff batman, this lip gloss/stick/lacquer (whatever you want to call it) has it. One swipe, and the color is completely opaque.

The texture is super smooth and just glides on your lips like a dream.  My daughter was in a ballet recital last month, and I used this on her lips and the color remained vibrant for over three hours.  Her only complaint was the smell when I first put it on.  The smell does not bother me... It's very faint and reminds me of cucumber or melon. But if you are not a fan of those scents, you may not like this lip product.  I loved this product so much and I'll likely be purchasing one of the other 14 shades!

Skinny Cow Divine Filled Chocolates Candy, Peanut Butter Creme, Retail $3.99/box, $1.09/pouch
@TheSkinnyCow

Skinny Cow says these 130 calorie per pouch candies are going to make you "feel like a kid in a candy store," and I have to say, they ain't lying... Chocolate and I have a long, passionate relationship... this girl loves her some chocolate.  So, normally I would rather eat a tiny piece of good chocolate than eat low cal, low sugar, "healthy for you" chocolate.  My hopes were not to high when I opened one of these pouches.  I'm also not a huge peanut butter and chocolate fan... Again, I couldn't have been more ready to hate this.  Oh. My. Stars.  This is so stinkin' good.  Did you ever order from a fundraiser growing up where they had the chocolate peanut butter bears?  You know the ones... Oh, those were so dreamy.  The peanut butter didn't even taste like peanut butter... More like some velvety, sugary dream sandwiched in chocolate.  Well, these candies taste just like those to me.  I'm shocked that it's only 130 calories for the three lovely squares inside each pouch.  Totally satisfying and you could easily space it out throughout your day as a sweet little snack.  My family has almost eaten the entire box, and it's on my grocery list for this week :).  LOVE THEM!

Ducklings Mini Rolls, Retail $2.00-$3.00
@theduckbrand

The company claims this is "Excellent for repair, crafting, and imaginative projects." I got the pink/black zebra stripes version :).  It's super cute and seems like normal duct tape... I could totally see using this on a duct tape craft, but not to repair anything :).  The cost seems high for the amount of tape on the roll.  I would likely not purchase this unless I had a specific craft in mind for it.  Give me good ol' gray duct tape :).

Well, this was super fun.  I hope my thoughts helped you decide if these new products are worth your money!

I received these products complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster.
